About This Tea

What does Bai Hao Yin Zhen 2021 taste like?
This Bai Hao Yin Zhen offers a delightful duality, beginning with sweet floral notes reminiscent of lily and transitioning into a comforting profile of soft hay and subtle wood. Hints of juicy nashi p. It leans floral, fruity and woody.
How should I brew Bai Hao Yin Zhen 2021?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
Where does Bai Hao Yin Zhen 2021 come from?
Grown in Fujian, China from the Fuding Dahaocha cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2021 harvest.
