General Aged White Tea

This aged white tea cake presents a mellow and evolving character, offering a soft, comforting profile that deepens with each year. Expect a gentle interplay of aged hay, woody undertones, and a subtl.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in China. This batch is from the 2012 harvest.
