What does taste like?
From the mist-kissed slopes of Turzum, this soulful first flush black tea offers delicate floral notes of honeysuckle and white blossoms. Its silky, buttery texture leads to a refined depth with hints. It leans floral, buttery and fresh.
How should I brew ?
Water around 90–100 °C (195–212 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 5 g per 100 ml, 15–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Full boil is fine for most blacks. Don't overthink it.
Where does come from?
Grown in Darjeeling, Assam, India from the P312 cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2025 harvest.
