What does taste like?
This exquisite Darjeeling First Flush unfolds with a delicate yet rounded profile, offering sweet fruity notes reminiscent of luscious mango, brightened by hints of fresh lemon. A gentle floral whispe. It leans floral, fruity and creamy.
How should I brew ?
Water around 90–100 °C (195–212 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 5 g per 100 ml, 15–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Full boil is fine for most blacks. Don't overthink it.
Where does come from?
Grown in West Bengal, India from the AV2 cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2026 harvest.
