What does taste like?
This delightful spring white tea from Assam's Borokai estate offers a vibrant, lemon-hued liquor. It opens with smooth wild floral notes that gracefully evolve, intertwining with a light malty sweetne. It leans floral, malty and spicy.
How should I brew ?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
