This exquisite white tea from the Lengrai estate in Assam unveils a delicate aroma of fresh florals. Each sip offers an airy lightness, with soft notes of Asiatic lilies and sweet honeydew melon, beau. It leans floral, fruity and creamy.
How should I brew ?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
