This 'Golden Tea' offers a truly mellow and comforting experience, unfolding with a delicate sweetness. Expect subtle toasted notes, reminiscent of warm grains, perfectly balanced with a gentle, smoot. It leans mellow, sweet and toasted.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 2–3 min. For gongfu, use 3–4 g per 100 ml, 20–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Think of it like a more mellow green tea. Keep the water cool to preserve the sweetness.

Grown in China from the Huangjincha cultivar.
