Spring White Tea Blends

This delightful white tea cake offers a sweet and full-bodied liquor, imbued with a distinct floral aroma from the included tea flowers. Its thick texture and pleasing sweetness make for a comforting . It leans sweet, floral and full-bodied.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
