White Tea Blends

This exquisite blooming tea unveils a delicate dance of jasmine, globe amaranth, and chrysanthemum, gracefully unfurling to reveal a smooth and subtly sweet white tea base. Each infusion offers a gent. It leans floral, delicate and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
