Spring Rare Yellow Tea

This organic Yunnan Yellow Tea presents a uniquely sweet and intricate profile. It unfolds with prominent floral and subtle chocolate notes, reminiscent of a fine Dancong Oolong. Expect a complex jour. It leans sweet, floral and complex.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 2–3 min. For gongfu, use 3–4 g per 100 ml, 20–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Think of it like a more mellow green tea. Keep the water cool to preserve the sweetness.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Yunkang 10 cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2024 harvest.
