These convenient mini wafers offer a mellow and comforting brew. Expect warm, hay-like notes mingling with subtle sweetness and a touch of dried fruit, characteristic of a well-aged Shou Mei. The body. It leans earthy, sweet and hay.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
