Spring White Tea Blends

This unique blend offers a delightful interplay of sweet, bright citrus notes from the King Orange and the mellow, fruity character of Fuding Shou Mei white tea. Expect a harmonious, refreshing cup wi. It leans sweet, citrus and fruity.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China. This batch is from the Spring 2021 harvest.
