General Aged White Tea

This aged white tea cake offers a mellow and comforting infusion, unveiling a tapestry of dried fruit and sweet honey notes. Hints of aged hay and a gentle, earthy depth contribute to a smooth and lin. It leans dried fruit, honey and hay.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
