This exquisite yellow tea presents a delicate, sweet, and nutty character. The unique 'covering yellow' fermentation process imparts a subtle depth and a smooth, mellow finish, complemented by a hint . It leans nutty, sweet and mellow.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 2–3 min. For gongfu, use 3–4 g per 100 ml, 20–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Think of it like a more mellow green tea. Keep the water cool to preserve the sweetness.

Grown in Sichuan, China from the Mengshan 9 cultivar. This batch is from the Spring harvest. The leaves got a light roast after picking.
